FAQ

(1) How long does it take to process an order?

It can still take up to 2 days for us to process your order after your payment is authorized and verified. This does not include weekends or holidays, purchases made after 9pm PST will not be shipped out until at least the next day. So If you make a purchase after 9pm PST on a Friday, we will ship out your order most likely on the following Monday. This can take longer during sale or busy periods.

(2) My order is  ‘complete’ on my account, but I still have not received my parcel. Why?

When your order is mark ‘complete’ on your account, it means your order is being scheduled for dispatch from our warehouse. You should receive an email letting you know your order is on the way.

(3) CUSTOMS, TAXES, DUTIES AND FEES

Dear customer, please note we are not responsible for all customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government. The charges go exclusively to your own government. Please contact your customs office for more information as duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to provide an estimated cost.

(4) WILL I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are chargeable when it reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the your order. Please contact your customs office for more information as duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to provide an estimated cost.

(4) Why is customs holding my packages?

Packages must be custom cleared to be delivered to you. Customs may hold your shipment because they require more information. In this case they will contact you. Please contact your local customs office for more information as customs clearance process times differ from country to country

(5) Do I need to be home to sign for my parcel?

Yes, you will need to sign your parcel as we want to make sure your order gets to you safe and sound.  Hence, please ensure someone will be home to sign for your parcel. We recommend selecting a business address to make sure someone is available.

(6) Can I change my shipping address?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, please email us at manu_ericc@hotmail.com with your order number and the new address. It may not always be possible for us to change your it when your order is being shipped out. however, we’ll try our best to update your shipping address.
